Privacy Policy

This is a working draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it — Rebrand handles personal data (yours and, indirectly, listing agents' and clients') and operates in the EU, where GDPR applies.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Niklas Bengtsson ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Rebrand. It applies to you as a Rebrand user, and — where relevant — to the contact details of clients who receive presentations you generate.

2. What we collect

We do not require you to create a password-protected account; your contact card and branding are saved locally on your device and re-used automatically.

3. How we use it

To generate and host the presentations you create;
To pre-fill your contact card and branding on future listings;
To operate, maintain and improve Rebrand;
To respond if you contact us for support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Third parties we use

Rebrand relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

Cloud database hosting — stores generated presentation data so it can be retrieved via your shareable link.
AI language processing — used for the AI-assisted Enhance step, which helps fill in and improve listing details.
Web page rendering services — used to import listing pages when a simple page fetch isn't enough (for example, pages that load their photo gallery via JavaScript).

These providers may process data outside your country. Where that involves transferring personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on their respective data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.

5. Local storage

Rebrand stores your contact card, branding preferences and terms acceptance in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is not automatically synced across devices, and clearing your browser data will remove it.

6. How long we keep data

Generated presentations are kept for as long as your Rebrand usage remains active, so shared links continue to work. You can ask us to delete a presentation or your associated data at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate data;
ask us to delete your data;
object to or restrict certain processing;
request your data in a portable format.

8. Clients' contact details

If a client contacts you (for example, via a WhatsApp or call link on a presentation), that exchange happens directly between you and the client through WhatsApp, your phone, or email — Rebrand does not store or have access to those conversations.

9. Children's privacy

Rebrand is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new version number.
