Terms of Service

Version 2.0 · Last updated September 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rebrand (the "Service"), operated by Niklas Bengtsson ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Rebrand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Rebrand does

Rebrand lets you import property listing information from a URL you provide and turn it into a branded presentation using your own name, contact details and branding. Rebrand may use automated tools, including AI, to extract, organise, improve or summarise imported content. The fact that a listing is publicly viewable does not mean its content is automatically free for you to reuse — see Section 3.

3. Your responsibility for imported content

You are solely responsible for the content you import, publish and share through Rebrand. By using the Service, you confirm that:

Rebrand does not give you rights to third-party content. The fact that content is available online does not mean that it is free to copy, republish or reuse — that determination and responsibility is yours.

4. Third-party websites

Rebrand may allow you to import listing information from third-party websites. In connection with this:

5. AI-assisted content

Rebrand may use AI and automated extraction tools to improve titles, descriptions, property facts and other listing information. In connection with this:

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Rebrand to:

7. Accounts, branding and generated presentations

Branding assets and contact details you add to Rebrand remain yours. Generated presentations can be shared using a URL, and you are responsible for who you send that link to. Presentations may remain available while your account and the related presentation remain active, unless you delete them or your access is terminated — we do not promise indefinite storage.

8. Who can access a presentation

Anyone with the presentation link may be able to view it. Presentation links are intended to be shared directly with your own clients; Rebrand does not guarantee a link remains private if a recipient forwards it on. Treat presentation links the way you would any other shareable document link.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Membership settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally generate a refund for the current billing period, unless required by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

10. Launch pricing / lifetime pricing

If you qualify for a launch or lifetime price (such as the current €15/month early-adopter offer), that price will continue to apply while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the then-current subscription price may apply instead. Rebrand may end or change promotional pricing for new customers at any time, but this will not change the agreed launch price for qualifying subscriptions that remain continuously active.

11. Intellectual property in Rebrand

The Rebrand name, brand, interface, design and underlying software remain owned by the operator. Content you import remains subject to its original ownership and licensing — using Rebrand does not transfer ownership of, or grant you any rights in, third-party content.

12. Copyright complaints and takedowns

If you believe content published through Rebrand infringes your rights, contact us (Section 18) with enough information to identify the material and explain your claim. Rebrand may investigate the complaint, temporarily disable access to the material, remove content, or suspend the responsible user, as appropriate.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Rebrand is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful import from every website, complete or accurate extraction, error-free AI output, or continued compatibility with any third-party website. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebrand and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service — for example, losses arising from content published without sufficient rights, inaccurate imported or AI-generated content, an unavailable third-party website, or loss of access to generated presentations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where applicable law does not allow it to be excluded.

15. Suspension and termination

Rebrand may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using or cancel Rebrand at any time. Removed content or terminated accounts may become inaccessible after termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new version number and date, with reasonable notice where appropriate, and you may be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms, or copyright complaints under Section 12, can be sent to niklasbengtsson@hotmail.com.
